Good news!  Pete Mendenhall who is one of NARS incredible trainers has agreed to be our coach for the meeting again!  Wasn't he awesome last time?   He has been helping me with a deal that I am working on right now and boy is he smart!  The seller has had his house fall out of escrow 4 times because the buyers could not get qualified!  Now he just wants to walk away.  Pete gave me the idea (that I never thought of!) to get in contact with all the people that fell out of escrow and see who has 10% down and get them in as the RB!    Uh - Duh...!
